For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "j177", "we", "us", "our" refers to the j177 gaming platform, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensees operating under the j177 brand at the domain j177.site.
• "Platform" means the j177 website, mobile interface, software applications, and all associated services made available to users at j177.site.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the j177 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the j177 Platform.
• "Real Money Gaming" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a j177 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, match bonuses, cashback, or other non-deposited credits awarded by j177 to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum volume of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process j177 applies to Player Accounts before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which j177 Account balances are denominated for Pakistani players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region from which access to or use of the j177 Platform is restricted, prohibited, or would render j177's license inapplicable.

By accessing the j177 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager — whether for real money or otherwise — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies, rules, or guidelines published on the j177 Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the j177 Platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the j177 Platform.

j177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The effective date of any revision will be published at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions regularly.

To be eligible to use the j177 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing the j177 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for individual players under applicable local law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order, whether issued by j177 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of j177 or any of its software or game providers.

j177 verifies player age as part of the KYC process prior to the first withdrawal from any Account. j177 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and any balance held pending resolution.

To access real-money gaming features on j177, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules govern j177 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the j177 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful information at registration, including your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j177 Login credentials. j177 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify j177 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account credentials have been compromised.
• Non-Transferability: Your j177 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Documents: j177 may require copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

j177 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at j177's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Processing Time: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your j177 Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time subject to the processing bank's timelines.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you own legally. Depositing funds on behalf of any third party, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited.
• No Deposit Fees: j177 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may levy transaction fees which are your sole responsibility.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in PKR. Where a payment is received in a different currency, j177 will apply the prevailing conversion rate at the time of receipt, which may differ from publicly displayed rates.
• AML Compliance: j177 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and temporary holds on withdrawals pending investigation.

j177 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that it has reason to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.

j177 processes withdrawal requests to Pakistani players through the same payment methods used for deposits, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission and approval of government-issued photo identification and, where required, proof of payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Processing Time: j177 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to fund your Account wherever possible. j177 may require additional verification if a withdrawal to an alternative method is requested.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposit bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money (non-bonus) deposits not tied to an active bonus are freely withdrawable subject to KYC clearance.
• Withdrawal Limits: j177 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits which will be communicated within the Account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.
• Right to Withhold: j177 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

j177 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Pakistani players unless otherwise stated. j177 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on payment method, player history, or geographic criteria.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically permitted, players may not combine multiple bonus offers simultaneously.
• Abuse: j177 monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, using bonuses across multiple accounts, and placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets not used within the stated promotional period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Right to Withdraw: j177 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the j177 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are provided in accordance with the following principles:

• Certified RNG: All slot and RNG-based table games use independently certified Random Number Generators that have been tested and approved by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect verified long-term averages.
• Live Dealer Integrity: j177 Casino live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by trained professional dealers under continuous HD video surveillance. No software outcome generation is applied to live dealer rounds.

• Game Rules Priority: Specific game rules published within each game interface on j177 shall take precedence over any general description of that game elsewhere on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j177 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one j177 Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the j177 Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using funds that are derived from criminal activity or that you are not legally entitled to use.
• Employing software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over j177 or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms.
• Accessing the j177 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with j177's software, systems, or security measures.
• Engaging in any conduct that j177, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

j177 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all j177 Account holders and can be accessed directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time-based session reminders and hard limits on continuous gaming duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the j177 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the nominated exclusion period. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

j177 actively monitors for behavioural indicators of problem gambling and reserves the right to impose protective limits on any Account where such indicators are identified, including reaching out directly to the affected player to discuss available support options.

All content on the j177 Platform — including but not limited to the j177 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, game interfaces, and associated documentation — is the intellectual property of j177 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j177 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the j177 Platform without express prior written authorisation from j177.
• Game content provided by third-party game studios on the j177 Platform remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to j177 for distribution. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
• The j177 name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of j177's trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j177, its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j177 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or interrupted connectivity.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the j177 Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Losses arising from Account suspension, termination, or balance forfeiture carried out in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Any failure or delay in service performance caused by circumstances beyond j177's reasonable control, including force majeure events, government action, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, j177's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j177 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the contractual relationship governed by these Terms & Conditions, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request closure of your j177 Account at any time by contacting j177 support. Any legitimate, unencumbered balance will be returned to you after completion of KYC verification, provided no investigation is pending.
• Closure by j177: j177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where j177 has reason to believe the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or the terms of j177's gaming license.
• Forfeiture: In cases of confirmed fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, underage gaming, or money laundering, j177 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, as permitted by applicable law and j177's licensing terms.
• Survival: Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive the termination of these Terms and any closure of your j177 Account.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the j177 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j177 holds its international gaming license.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of j177's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through j177's internal dispute resolution process described in Section 15 below.

Nothing in this section shall prevent j177 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

j177 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a query, concern, or complaint regarding the j177 Platform, these Terms, or any transaction on your Account, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to j177 support via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers.
• Step 2 — Initial Response: j177 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with j177's initial response, you may request escalation to j177's senior compliance team by clearly marking your follow-up communication as "Formal Complaint — Escalation Request".
• Step 4 — External Resolution: If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, players may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanism offered by j177's international gaming licensing body.
